INCREASING MILK SUPPLY FOR AN OLDER MOM

Hi! I'd love some insight/advice regarding this issue. I'm a 44 year old mother of an eight week old. My milk supply is quite low, and I'd love some advice on how to increase my supply. Because of my age, I'm not sure if my efforts will be effective, but I'm certainly willing to try! I'm already eating oatmeal and drinking Mother's Milk. In addition, I'm going to begin "power pumping" and taking fenugreek supplements.

I'd love to hear from older moms who've nursed their little ones. She is my sixth, and a bit younger than my older five (a surprise blessing!). I've never had issues with low supply in the past.

Hi! I had my daughter at 46 and breastfed her for 22 months. I took fenugreek supplements for awhile. My advice would be to stick with it. You should be fine.
