80% of women find it difficult to orgasm during intercourse. 33% of men suffer from premature ejaculation or erectile dysfunction problems. These problems are caused by incorrect focus during sex, making both parties feel inadequate in their ability to fulfil themselves and their partner.

To extend on this, if a man focuses too much on his penis he is unable to control when he ejaculates... but if he focuses too much on his partner, he can lose his erection.

If a woman is enjoying the feelings in her vagina and then thinks, "is it..? ... is it?" then she will accidentally stop the orgasm program.

The conscious mind can only focus on one subject at a time - and it needs to be engaged correctly, for you to stay in control throughout the sexual act.

Is this supposed to be new information? I'm sorry but it's not. All anyone has to do is read past posts and they can figure that out and receive more help and information than you have provided.
