    Depression - help!
    Desiree2006 posted:
Have you ever felt it impossible to get out of bed most of the times, read the newspaper, take bath for 2-3days in a row and even make tea for yourself coz of severe depression.

I have been seeing a doc, but the meds would take time. Mine seems to be treatment resistant depression.

Hi, this is my first time joining in a discussion on here. I posted one of my own, but thought that it might help me and/or other people to reply to some. I've been dealing with depression for about 15 years and on medication. it's not a super heavy dose, but lately I seem to be having more and more issues. I too get to the point where I barley have the energy to get out of bed. my husband is big in to exercise, but I am a cook and my schedual is weird for trying to find a gym or group to do things with. I'm working on possibly changing jobs though, which brings up all kinds of anxiety and depression symptoms. My husband supports me, but doesn't really understand. I'm hoping to find people with similar experiences to not feel so alone. if you want to chat, feel free to message me.

I feel u. Been on and off of them for about the same time and these last few weeks it's one thing after another. I have tried them all. I has gastric bypass earlier this year so worried about weight gain too. Also have hubby that has no clue. I give him things to read. Nothing. I get snap out of it. Sounds easy huh. If only so. U r not alone. I am fighting the government for AS I because I no longer function the way I use to. I wish I could wake up and be normal. But what is normal
