How do I deal with memory loss caused by my depression?
    Makaloucx posted:
I am only 16 and I am so forgetful. I used to remember everything but now its all just slipping away from me and it makes me even more sad than I am. My mom thinks I'm being irresponsible but I can't help it and I don't know how to fix it so I can't change it. Please help me. How do I fix it??
    Love58 responded:
When we get so depress we get thinking only in ourselves and in our troubles ,( real or imaginary), so we start forgetting things because we are not focus.
Go walking, it wont be easy but, the air the walk will help you to view life and yourself out of your troubles. I force myself to walk because I have no one to help me. I pray you feel better and enjoy your life. I hope the same for me.

Are you able to see a physician about your depression? If your mom came along, the physician could explain to her the memory loss due to your depression or caused by any anti-depressant drugs you are taking.
    Best regards.
