Icant help anyone anymore. I cant even take care of myself(crying)

Sometimes all you can do is take care of yourself. You will not always be in a position to help others. Sometimes that's not possible. The only thing you have to worry about right now is taking care of yourself. You must come first and everyone else second. This may sound selfish, but you cannot care for others if you are not caring for yourself.

Hey Jaws. It sounds like you are having a rough time. Please check in with your doctor or therapist! I'd also like to point you to the WebMD Crisis Resources Links. Please pick up the phone if you feel that you are in danger of hurting yourself:

I'm glad you reached your destination safely and hope you will reach out off-line for support -

    Hi Jaws,

I'm so sorry you are having a hard time! WebMD mods do not write to members directly. However, you can send an email to and we'll be happy to reply.

I strongly encourage you to get some off line help. This community can support you but we can't pick up the phone for you or be with you in person. Please take those steps yourself to stay safe. I'm not a doctor or nurse and can't provide you with medical advice or crisis intervention services. But, you may wish to click or paste the following URL into your browser's address locator for our crisis resources: . As always, if you think you might have an emergency, please call your physician or 911 immediately.
