    can you think about the positives in your life?
    You work hard. You know how to do that. That's pretty admirable.
    I Remind myself of little things I've accomplished that make me special.
    I remind myself that there are people who depend on me.
    I remind myself that what I'm feeling now is temporary. That everyone has "down times' and I will get through this. I try to focus on something that I can see - even some little thing outside my window and I admire its beauty and remind myself - life really is beautiful. I keep repeating that.
