    Depression Or Mood Swings

    f you are suffering from clinical depression, this type of event can be more impacting, but depression itself doesn't require a specific trigger--It's a general mood state. What you might want to think about is how much of your self-esteem and your mood is tied to how other people act towards you. What indicate the depression?: The color is gone from life. You are emotionally void. You feel nothing but emptiness, and you mourn the happiness you've lost. Concrete desires dissolve. You don't want to engage in activities you usually like, be it socializing, hobbies, work, or sex. With nothing you want to do, there's no reason to get out of bed. With nothing you want to do, there's no reason to even move or think, so you feel like you're living in slow motion. With nothing you want to do, there's no hope for the future, since you can't be happy or fulfilled if there's nothing you want. Your mind is occupied with the events that triggered your depression, since there is nothing else. You ruminate on the source of your misery. You feel worthless. You feel like a miserable failure who let yourself and everyone else down. [a title="Link: undefined">Possible Causes .
    Cyber bullying and depression go hand in hand: Frequent reason for online bullying is relationship issues, with girls being targeted in majority.
    The median percentage of adolescents and children reported to have been victims of cyber bullying was 23 percent. According to a review article on social media studies, published in JAMA Paediatrics, a consistent association was seen between episodes of online bullying and reports of depression.
