    Good morning. Let me introduce myself. My name is Bill 41 I have menatal health & learning disabilty with a lovely girlfriend I have. I live with roommates. I need some help and support and eating healthy before, I'm diabetic. I'm 5'1 weigh 153.My weight is speak up and I have to start eating healthy. I'm looking for friends supports and ideas and support how to eat better and healthy life sytle I was a member of webmd 2008 and still. I left away from it. Because I was starting to give up in 2012 I lost my car. Now I'm trying to improve myself and climb up the ladder. I will like to meet new support friends.

    p.s I did go to the YMCA yesterday with friends day pass. I'm in the process joining in being a member.
