    I'm losing weight because
    Determineddee posted:
I am not happy with the way I look and feel and because it is affecting my health. I never had to worry about losing weight until after I had children and got a bit older (53 next week) and had some health problems and now I am having a hard time losing the weight. I just started back at the gym and keeping track of what I eat and drinking only water and since last week I have lost 4.4lbs but I still have a long way to go before I reach my goal. I am determined to do this because it is for my own well being.
