    I was reading the post from determineddee and OH MY GOD!!!!!! That is me! I just turned 53 and at my last apt my A1C is higher because my weight is higher. I am determined to get rid of this weight so I do not have to go on insulin! I started TODAY!!!! Any ideas, encouragement or thoughts are welcomed!

    It is never too late to start. You are doing the right thing by beginning your health and fitness journey today. Even if you begin by changing just one or two unhealthy habits, you WILL see the difference in the way that you look and feel.
