    I want to get in shape again

    Please help me. I was in shape a year ago and i was working out 5 days a week, my weight was 58 kg. Then i stopped going to the gym since last November. I started to try Detox diet and high protein diet in January since i noticed a weight gain to 64 KG but they didnt work out. I got back to the gym since May but I am not losing weight and my body shape is still the same although i work out 4 days a week.
    Could you please help me with a diet plan and a fitness plan considering that I have a pear shape body I am trying to lose the weight in my lower body?
    I am 25 years old female.

    Have you spoken to your doctor or a health professional about a fitness/diet plan that would work best for you?
