    don't give up !!! the alternative is that if you made no effort at all you could be up much more! Look at your foods and be honest with your portions and "bites or tastes when cooking...that can add up. Try having cut up veggies handy for cooking times to keep your mouth busy and use the back of the spoon for tasting sauce soup etc. hard to load up the back of a spoon lol lol ,....good luck and keep moving

    Do NOT get discouraged. You are doing the right thing by putting in time and effort to improve your health.

    But please remember, the number on the scale is not the end all be all. Regardless of the number on the scale, do you feel better? Healthier?

    There could be a chance that you are gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time, but ultimately, you should speak to a health professional about your concerns regarding gaining weight despite being on the right track.
