    Yo-Yo Dieting and Anti-Depressents
    An_267821 posted:
    Hi Gang,

I gained 20 pounds after my psychiatrist put me on several anti-depressants. I feel like all I want to eat eat eat.
I am a size 4-6 normally. Now I am crawling into size 8 and feel like an alien in my own body.

I started recently with Physicians weight loss centers hoping that a structured diet will help the cravings.

Does anyone have any experience with them?

Could also use some advice for those that gained weight taking anti-depressants?
