    hello I am new to this site and am looking forward to all the help I can get. I am 68yrs old and have been in the 250 range for 30-40 years. last January 2014 I joined a diet club with weekly meetings. I have lost 50+ lbs I say + because since 50 lbs I have been up to 53 and down to 50 lbs. I was exercising, pool and gym 4 to 5 days a week. so I have really tried. my problem is this I am losing interest but want to lose also. I think about food most of the day. I:e what for breakfast then what for lunch and dinner and maybe I can eat mac and cheese (or anything) and not gain. I cook for myself,and becaue of this I like fast cooking. I am really upset with myself for lack of control. I am hoping by posting this I may find anything that would help me get out of this diet depression. ok sorry for the long post
