My two sisters joined weight watchers but they are 3 hrs away from me. I tipped my hat to them. I don't drive and I was reading about the diet online. I know theres a 45 fee every month. I wanted to know what can a person can eat. I have this url for a sample of what you can on certain day. I can't believe you can eat fries. Then they show a decadent dessert. What's the catch..?? How does one lose alot of weight with this.

I go to the gym here almost every day, go on the elliptical for 25 mins, then go to the machines. I eat usually boneless, skinless chicken, baked, not fried. I eat lots of veggies, usually steamed with meals. I do salads. I don't really eat snacks nor desserts. So, my theory is: if i am not hungry to eat all that stuff they eat on the program, does it mean I wouldn't lose?? I was thinking of joining online, but I have a tight budget and would have to think about the monthly fee. If anyone that is on the diet, please educate me about it. Thank you
