I have made huge changes in the past 7 weeks, and I have gained ten pounds.
This MAY be muscle gain, but I DON'T see a loss in inches.
I was donating plasma twice a week, taking prozac, and birth control in february and Ive gained over 30 lbs since then! it came on so fast, im confused!
I broke up with my boyfriend in october of last year and I was pretty thin when we were together, though when we met I was 145lbs, which is even more thin. I was 160 when we broke up, and usually lose my appetite and lose weight after a break up, but my job keeps me at a desk rather then waitressing like I used to do a year ago. I just weighed myself today and I am 190 lbs, I was 180 when I changed my diet and started excercise.
I stopped donating plasma, cause I realized it was the cause of my extreme water retention, and I expected once my ankles got back to normal to see a drop in weight rather then an increase. the birth control azurette also causes water retention and prozac made me hungry, so I quit taking those... Ive been growing and growing, IVE NEVER BEEN THIS HEAVY IN MY LIFE, all my clothes are getting too small, I try to stretch before my jogging and my stomach and thighs feel too big to do certain stretches Im used to doing.
Im getting really upset because in the past Ive done all the same things Ive done recently less fervently and Ive dropped at least 10 lbs if not more by now.
I started by walking 3-4 times a week, and not eating any fast foods. I increased by walking further 4-5 times a week, and only eating fruits and veggies and fresh meals for breakfast and lunch and eating lean meats for dinner...
now I am jogging 2-3 times and still walking 3-4 along with sit ups pushups crunches leg lifts... so I only get a day of rest and I eat salads and drink so much water, Im working on kicking my morning coca cola, I go some days with out it cause im drinking green tea, but Ive also quit smoking cigarettes and I feel like an occasional soda is not as bad as starting smoking again.
Im not really counting carbs, just making better choices...
Ive never had to try this hard to lose weight with out any results and I keep telling myself to keep at it, but getting on the scale today made me upset

Sad story, but I know YOU can do this. Stop thinking at the fact that you gain weight (this is one of the biggest reason that you dont lose weight). No more Soda for you,try some natural homemade juice , you will find recipes on the internet, and dont stop drinking that green tea.
Every morning do some home exercises, at the end of the day do more exercises. Use the scale once at 1-2 weeks, if you weight your self every day you will block your psihic with " i cant lose weight, nothing work " and by doing this nothing will work , trust me.
Use a diet plan without CARBS. you mai also use natural dietary supplements and its important to do a body detox.
