    Seems I came in the right day, frustrating too

    Seems its been months. I have doing exercising, go to the gym here at the apt, go either on the treadmill or elliptical. Have a exercise ball at home where I do sit ups and have dumbbells and do arm excercises. I eat mostly eat boneless, skinless chicken, baked, not fried. I eat alot of veggies, steamed or baked and fruit, mainly berries. I don't eat red meat cause i like chicken better. I eat low fat cheese and low fat lunch meat, Do salads with low fat dressing. I do have a general doctor and have a thyroid disorder, but please don't count the fact I have hypothyroid to be the culprit. He gives me my pills along with my other pills every time I go there. Right now I take 137 mg. He took the levels, they were all fine. He said the dose I take has nothing to do with my not losing weight.

    Well, my son..who drives me to the doc since I don't drive, wants to take me to a endocrinologist. I don't know if that will the answer or not. I am taking the thyroid as directed but my weight is the same every time I go to his office even I am doing my best watching my diet, exercising. I read a article about that says "you cant just spot reduce a certain area". My stomach is the biggest part. I was doing sit ups with the exercise ball for a while. Holy crap, after awhile, my stomach was extended instead of flatter. I am more discouraging than ever. I don't know what the endocrinologist will have any answers for me.
