    Anyone try the whole 30 diet program?

    I have been on it for 5 months. I lost 40+ pounds with a combination of good food and exercise and sensible eating.
    I found the diet to be a wonderful eye opener regarding good food to eat and not so good food to avoid.
    I've binge here and there. I use the 90-10 rule or 95-5 rule. Thus , I'm eating the good food 95 percent of the time and more and the not so good food 5% of the time.
    I'm glad I started the diet because I have returned to great same and my real good friends that were calling me fatty have a new term for me now called: "Hey slim". (need a sense of humor for this stuff)
    I hope others that are struggling will take a close look at the whole30 lifestyle and adopt it. It has worked great for me and has transformed my body back close to the physical condition I was in during high school and college 40 years ago. I have dropped from 215 pounds on May 1st to 172 today, October 6th.
