I'm having a hard time with getting rid off of those extra pounds so i started to look on the internet for natural supplements. The question is: Are these supplements safe and easy to take?
The newest i have found is located here and it comes as drops.
Can anyone take a look or if any of you already know anything about these drops give me your opinion? Thanks in advance.Angela

Not all supplements are safe and easy most of them are new in the market and there are no many studies that can confirm how safe or unsafe they are. Many of these have side effects, they mess with your mood and can interfere with your metabolism. As a nutritionist I don't recommend weight loss drops at all. The right move would be to make an adjustment to your diet and increase or vary your daily exercise depending on the case. The less weight you need to loose the harder it is, you need to be patient and constant. Don't stress too much about it, when you are anxious or stressed it's even harder to lose weight, you need to relax and stick to your diet (a healthy one), eating healthy and losing weight its easier that it seems you don't need to starve or cleanse, just eat the right food in the right servings for you and for your daily needs.
Qalorie.com can be a very useful app for you there you can keep track of your calories, foods, nutrients and exercise daily, that way you can be sure you are giving your body exactly what it needs to get rid of those extra pounds, plus you can also get advice from certified nutritionists online.
