I have done yoga and it is for people who aren't limber. It's to get you more limber and improve your muscle tone. It takes some time to get more limber. Rome wasn't built in a day!

There are many benefits to yoga, including increased flexibility and muscle tone. It can also boost your metabolism and can help with cardio and circulatory health. Not to mention it is relaxing!
