    Everyone struggles with weight loss. A few things that I try to do when I'm serious is make sure I am drinking the required amount of water per day. It helps to flush your body. I also make sure to eliminate anything with sugar in it. Food with sugar is like putting a stop sign right in your face. It doesn't allow the body to burn the fat. It eats on the sugar in the system first.
