    Breakfast old fashioned oats cooked in ff milk with added vanilla cinnamon and a teas brn sugar and craisins topped with sliced almonds and less than 1 ounce of banana 1 C black coffee
    Dinner today will be broccoli cauliflower boneless skinless chicken breast mushrooms sweet potato
    I started up my weight lifting with half a routine 1 set of each of the moves I will be starting up my walking today pain has been gone for a few days so I will start slow evening foods nuts fruit and yogurt and green tea with ginger and lemon Hugs Judy
