    breakfast 2 semi soft boiled eggs on 1 slice pumpernickel toast 1 C black coffee
    Dinner plan is spinach maybe rice with mushrooms or baked potato boneless skinless chicken breast a very colorful salad
    the usual evening foods
    I did jumping jacks last night 30 of them during the game My Pats are 10 and 0 they play Sandys team next and I am kinda nervous about that one that new Qback looks really good ...
