    Wow, it really seems like it makes it a lot harder to lose weight while taking estrogen, even in relatively small amounts. I'm on a birth control pill now to help with some issues I was having, and it's great for the problems I'm taking it for, but seems to make me gain weight like no tomorrow!

    I'm eating less calories, more protein, less junk, and I'm moving more. It still seems like I'm expanding. Then gain, I know I have to give it time. It's a little irritating though, because I already have a hard enough time losing!
