I'm going to post this and I know what responses I will get: "hang in there", "it's not about the weight," "you don't deserve to beat yourself up," etc. I don;t want those responses. I just want a place to vent. I want someone to listen to me. At home, no one listens. "Awe, Mom, you're beautiful," "it's not about the scale.." For once, can someone not do that and just let me get my feelings out somewhere that they might be heard? I don't want to be like this. I hate not fitting into my clothes. I hate hurting all the time. I hate dreading exercise because my body just won't function the way it needs to. I hate looking at my body in the mirror. I need a turning point. Maybe this is it. Someone listen to me...don't feel sorry for me. Don't lie to me. Don't encourage me...just listen. I don't like being like this. Start small, they say. Well, starting small is not small for me. Starting small is difficult for me. I hurt. I hurt physically and emotionally. That's it...I''m tired. Tired of a lot of things. I needed to get my words in a place where they might be understood.
