    severe abdominal pain in my 3 yr old

    my son is 3 and he is having severe abdominal pains for about 3 months now he was diagnosed with cryptosperidium a parasite in the bowels that you get from water in pools etc.. we did the treatment for that the diarrhea stopped but he kept getting the pains then he was diagnosed with constipation we did ex-lax tabs and Mira-lax got rid of the constipation but he is still having severe abdominal pains they have done everything from blood work x-rays stool samples pain medicines gas drops ex-lax Mira-lax and the pains wont go away i don't know what to do for him can someone please help
