    Binge eating

Does anyone else binge on mostly sweets??

It depends upon what is available. I can get on a ice cream and cookie binge pretty easily. My biggest problem was taken care by Costco's no longer carrying the salted caramels a few years ago. I always look, but they just don't have the ones my brother turned me on to. I can enjoy fatty/salty too when I have no ice cream or cookies. I have pretty much stopped buying ice cream and cookies as well as cakes. I've not made brownies for some time. I had a bad Friday with both sweets and salty/fatty. Saturday was a little better. I'm going to go for a walk. Good luck!

I usually do. But I also will binge on whatever is available. I try to not keep sweets on hand. I do a pretty good job of that most of the time. But then I get a hankering for it and all h__l breaks loose. I didn't have a great weekend mostly because of the fat/salty stuff. Am trying hard to stay on track this week. Good luck to you and all of us this week.
