    Can't Stop Bingeing

Hi I also have the problem of bingeing. After losing almost 50lbs on a restricted diet, I have become tired of denying myself and have begun to relapse. I have binged badly 3 times this week after each time promising myself not to. It's killing me on the inside. I don't know what to do anymore. I don't want to undo all my hard work. Help!

I know this feeling. You are not alone! Let's conquer this habit together. That's all it is - a bad habit. There is nothing wrong with us, we just need to learn self control. Instead of eating, find something else to do. We can hold each other accountable. I have made the commitment today that I will stop binge eating now, and you can, too. I believe in you!

I'm not so sure that binge eating is only a bad habit. When I binge, I am not feeding hunger. I have just begun counseling in hopes of determining what I AM feeding. I have been battling depression, I believe the two are related in some way. Praying for a solution for me, and all of you. So glad to have found this discussion so I don't feel so alone.
