I have recently learned I am a binge eater. I have always binged, it wasn't until I've started to gain weight from it that I realized I have a problem. I try so hard to eat better foods and only eat 3 meals a day with 2 snacks. Sometimes I can stick to it for s few days but when I can't take it anymore I eat everything in sight. Recently my blood pressure has increased, I know it's do to the weight gain yet I still can't stop eating. At what point do you say this is starting to effect my health and do something about it. I would appreciate any tips or resources that might help need get on the right path.
