    Cant stop night bingeing !

    I too can't stop my night bingeing but I keep my chocolate hoard right beside me in my nightstand drawer. I am addicted to candy and I eat ALOT of it every single night....for the past 3 years! I am obese and my ankles are giving out on me, none of my clothes fit and I rarely leave the house. I never have friends over, I have barricaded myself behind all this fat and all for the love of chocolate.

    For me bingeing at night (or at least the temptation to) is fairly common --- If I don't keep my mind and body active before bed, food is absolutely what I gravitate toward (especially while watching tv). This article has some good tips to help lessen nighttime eating that might work for you:
