    Anyone else have Goosebump sensations?
    An_252696 posted:
Does anyone experience the sensation of having goosebumps and when you look at your arms or legs you don't see any goosebumps?

I seem to be getting this sensation a lot lately especially on my lower left leg. This seems to have replaced the burning sensations I was having in the same leg a few weeks ago.

    Dear An_252696,
I have that sensation at times. I also have a feeling that something is crawling on me or biting me and nothing is there. It is really weird. I guess our nerve endings can do all kinds of weird things to us. My legs burn all the time. Have you spoke to your doctor. My put me on Narotin (I hope I spelled it right) three times a day. It has helped a lot. I still get the feeling something is crawling on me or the goose bumb feeling. But at least the burning is better.

    Good luck,
    Debbie Lewis

this is something that I have a very big problem with, I call it the creepy crawlies, or heebie jeebies.

There are different ways of dealing with it. You're going to have to experiment go back and read some of the other posts that people have given suggestions on what to do.

the creepy crawlies heebie jeebies are one of the worst things that bother me, the pain is bad enough but the not being able to sit still or constant movement from the crawlies, is torture.

Do you think it could be nerve endings tingling?? Have you stopped or started any meds ?

An_252696 here. Thanks for your replies. Always good to know I'm not alone with some of these weird Fibro symptoms.

There hasn't been any changes in my meds recently. I guess if I had a choice between the burning sensations and the goosebump feelings - I'll take the goosebumps.

If it's something that continues or seems to get worse I'll discuss with my Dr.

    Thanks again.

Hi I am new here but also get the crawling sensations mine are only on one extremity at one time and I break out in very tiny clear goosebumps in patches just on that one arm or leg. Weird I know made me feel crazy when it first started which was yrs ago. Thank God it has never progressed any more than what it has been. I do live in pain daily which in my situation is a lot worse. You will all be in my prayers. Take care

sometimes i have the goosebumps, but mostly it's the feeling of bugs crawling and/or biting on my feet and ankles that bothers me most. happens mostly during the swelling times, like right now. i have to look because there could be a bug, you never know. i hate bugs.
i've been told it's probably nerve sensations.

My doctor is in the process of getting me a diagnosis but I literally just googled "goosebump sensation one leg" and this was the first forum that came up. Glad I'm not the only one.
