    Today is Well-elderly day. As I mentioned last week, exercise really helps you to create a healthier life well into your golden years. Maintaining a proper weight helps as well. That means, you are on the right track to living a long and healthy life. Another factor, of course, is your family. Do members of your family have long lives or have they been shortened by health? How does this play into your diet and exercise plan? Tell me about your weekend and how many steps/minutes you got in as well.
