    Counting Steps Challenge

    I recently started a step counting challenge and I thought this was going to be so easy for me due to the fact that I already work out 3 - 5 times a week and 3 of those 5 times is high frequency Cardio for 45 mins - 1hr. I am also a single mom of 2 young boys whom I am always chasing after and always on the go. My day with the counter starts at 6:30am and ends at about midnight. I think my counter is broken because I haven'twent above a 6629 step day? Today I have walked extra to see what my numbers will be. Any tips?

    Wow! It sounds like you work out a lot! You are definitely getting more than 6,600 steps. I bet you are getting over 10,000 which is a common goal. I would definitely invest in a better step counter like the FitBit
