    Over the last 14 months, I've lost 50 lbs, 263 to 213 on a 6'1" frame. Problem is that although my belly is smaller, it's still very noticeable. At the same time my face, arms and legs are a lot thinner. I work out lifting weights and using a recumbent stationary bike 5 days a week, 1 1/2 hours per day. Two of the weight machines I use target the abs. The thought crossed my mind that maybe I'm making my stomach muscles larger by working them out so hard? Why would my stomach show the least amount of progress?
