    Take the stairs instead of the elevator or park further away from the store to add in some extra exercise daily.

    I add exercise every day , and I am now like so full of energy I want to keep going all day, problem is I have to work
    and have little time so I pop on a nyknyc weight vest and go for a walk- this way I get my toning firming strength workout and keep bone strong too without the gym just go walking or running and that is it

    Good idea. I've started doing some opposed muscle resistance exercises at my desk, along with occasional creative use of the chair arm.s
