    I wanted to loose weight and found that walking was NOT making a difference in my weight .
    Very frustrating I walked every day yet NO results. So my doctor suggested I try wearing a weight vest as I walk.
    He suggested the nyknyc vest as it is for real women not bodybuilders
    Well long story short it was just the thing I needed I have so far lost
    5 pounds in a short time and I can say it was the nyk vest it really is great . My goal is a leg gap LOL!! toned and firm legs.
