    Work and weight loss

I'm a welder and my job is very physical.... can that be a part of exercise
    rohvannyn responded:

Life can be exercise. You don't have to do something special, it all burns calories. You might want to think of the things your work doesn't cover, thought. For example, if your welding is great for weight lifting and core exercises, you might want to add a little cardio and stretching to balance out your daily workout.

Good luck to you! Someday I want to learn to weld.

That can make you burn calories and is counted as a physical activity cause that includes any activity during the day such as sports, exercise, work and any other effort you make that will burn some calories, on the other hand exercise is a planned, structured and repetitive activity realized specifically to improve your health (for example yoga, running, swimming, lifting, lunges, jump the rope, walking). Exercise is very important to help you lose some weight but so it is eating healthy, that can make your work a lot easier. can be a very useful app there you can find tools to help you track your daily foods, calories, nutrients, exercise and progress so you can be sure you are doing everything you need to reach your goal, you can also get help from certified nutritionists online so you can solve all your doubts.
