    Unprocessed Diet

    Hi this is my first post here. I've decided to eliminate all processed foods from my diet and am having a hard time finding recipes that don't include any processed ingredients.

    Everything from salad dressings, frozen foods, canned, boxed, packaged - all have processed ingredients that are not healthy, so I am using only whole ingredients like fruits, vegetables, unpressed olive oil (no vegetable oils as they are processed), nothing with yeast and a bunch of ingredients code word for processed.

    So far I have spaghetti with a basic tomato sauce as a starter. I am disturbed to find out that all of the baby foods I've been purchasing also have processed ingredients that are harmful - a whole cupboard full of food went straight to the trash bin over the weekend.

    Any wholesome recipe ideas would be welcomed (even garlic powder has processed ingredients so I am prepared not to use salt and get used to bland flavors).

    Eliminating all processed foods from your diet can be difficult, but it doesn't always have to be. Have you checked out WebMD's Food & Recipes center? I've used it quite a bit myself and you can find healthy and easy recipes to the foods that you love.
