Not sure what it is ...

Because of my history with GERD, I had hte nissan fundiplication surgery performed a couple of years back. Because of that I cannot vomit like other poeple. They tell me I would only vomit if I had food poisoning, alcohol poisoning ot somekind of toxins in me. Saying that I start sweating and feeling nauseous and a little lightheaded. Then the feeling of throwing up starts -- threw up liquid (each time this happens) and it always looks yellowish in color and sometimes like coffee grounds. Not sure what this is -- does anyone experience this???

Yellow liquid could be bile. Coffee grounds color may suggest some bleeding. Either way, you may want to call your GI doc and schedule an appointment to be seen.
