I have had no heart surgery and stopped taking all drugs about six years ago. I am doing really fine on green smoothies and daily walks.

Yes to the greens, no to the smoothies. I might try them if I wanted to invest in an expensive blender but it is not worth it for the occasional smoothie.

I bought a blender for 90 dollars here in Euorpe. It is reasonable price. I have now used it at least once everyday for the past three years.
Just look for a blender with a motor of 750 watts or more.

I drink a green drink 5 days a week and eat tons of greens.

No dairy no meat just fish once a week. No oil or fried foods

I purchased a viatmix 3 years ago and love it. It's expensive but comes with a 8 year waranty.

Off all meds and feeling fantastic!

I'd rather eat the greens. (More fiber also.)

About five days a week. Eat veggies, not green smoothies.
