    What kind of liver disease is consistent with this pathology report

    the patient was a 32yr old female, her liver upon gross examination was normal size, color and smooth. The cut surface showed macronodular cirrhosis in the left lobe. The microscopic exam showed bridging fibrosis. Nothing else besides advanced autolytic changes. The patient was also found to have chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis. Had an igg of over 2200mg igg4 of 237mg. Swollen gallbladder with filling defects in the neck but no stones. High lipase level and had cholangitis before death.
