    Knowing your vitamins
    JesusFeedsMeCure posted:
As many of you have heard pro-biotics are extremely important to good intestinal health. As is Zinc. I think that it is really important to know your vitamins ans if you are not into all the research you absolutely should be taking a multivitamin during treatment! We have to think of our bodies as taking in all this medication and it is being processed through our body filters (liver and gall bladder) and then it is passed into your intestines where it eventually is expelled. YOU HAVE TO DRINK AT LEAST 80 OZ OF WATER EVERY DAY!! Stay away from concentrated juice and instead use it as a water flavor, another words dilute it down. To much stomach acid will cause nausea and all kinds of other problems. Having a lot of oils in your system is important as well. Vitamin E, olive, coconut oil are all great ways to keep your intestines well lubricated so that when all the medications are passed through they are diluted and the organs are coated with oils making the entire process easy on the body.

Well so far the 80 oz. of water thing has been really short! I am not able to drink plain water it has to be flavored with juice or Gatorade of some sort. I seem to be handling the fluids fine with a sports bottle (32oz.) a day.
