Protected intercourse with a sex work while on her period
    An_267768 posted:
I had a very brief encounter with a prostitute which lasted 3-5 minutes. When we were done she complained that I punctured her vagina, hence the blood. That was a lame excuse on her part for not telling me about the period. The condom remained intact but it was covered with blood. I panicked. I examined the inside of the condom for any blood but there was none. At home, I found some dry blood under the skin of my testicles which cause me to panic. When I cleaned the shaft and the skin of my testicles, there was blood and I began sweating. Deep inside I feel okay but I have this nagging feel in the back of my mind. What is my risk of contracting HIV from this encounter?

Absolutely zero. Even if this person was HIV positive transmission can only occur by the virus actually entering the body and this cannot be done through an intact condom or through intact skin.
