    High Blood Pressure
    RelampagoBlanco posted:
After eating raw minced garlic last night before bed and this morning, I see no reason to ever take Clonidine, Atenolol, or Amlodipine ever again. I didn't measure how much I took. Probably a clove (medium), on buttered bread, with water to wash it down. At 4 am it was 120/71 @ 72. Now it's 116/69 @ 72 after taking some this morning. It was 156/89 @ 71 when I woke up. Four years of taking pills couldn't ever do that. And I'm 60, over weight, like beer and pizza to much, I know. Just letting you know. Dave, put garlic on my pizza from now on.
