I have back and knee problem, which cause me to have pain. I'm on hydrocodone 7.5-325 3 times a day. I still have high blood pressure with readings at 160/108. but if I increase the dosage of hydrocodone to 2 pills at one time it brings my blood pressure down to 120/80 *- 5. Could someone explain to me why they just don't increase my pain meds instead of prescribing me enalpril 5mg and hydrochlorothiazide 25mg which oim having side effects from.
