    Missed my meds

Forgot to take my 50mg Losatran today and my Hydorchloro whatever. I take them in the morning. Just checked my BP and it's 130 over 74. Can I skip today?

The rule of thumb for missed meds is to take them as soon as possible, but not if it is near the time for the next dose.
For ones taken every 24 hrs I think that means take them with 18 hours of when you normally would and later just wait for the next time.

Using current BP measure is not a good way of know because some meds have long life times and some build up in your system.
