Hey IBS-C sufferers I found something that works for my IBS-C. I have had IBS-C for 10 yrs nothing has worked (studies, therapy's, medications, minor surgery's, my colon is black from cascara sagara and smooth move tea, my IBS-C can be more painful than even when I gave birth to a child, and etc.....), but shakeology has actually worked for me!!! My skins clearer, I have more energy, my digestion is regular and not painful. Yes its expensive but its a meal replacement multivitamin, probiotic, and for me its finally given me the quality of life I had before IBS-C....the link below has more info ....http://www.beachbodycoach.com/esuite/home/leamonlib
