Yes, in a way. I have sores from my waist to my knees. When I am in a flare they are angry and hurt. They sting, burn and have shooting pain. When I am not in a flare, they are dormant. It is so embarassing even with my husband. I have been to dermatogolists and my internist about this problems. I have used creams, lotions, and ointments. Everything soothes the problem but I have found no way to get rid of this. I found an article about it and thought I had saved it but when I went to get it it was gone. Does anyone have this too or know anything about it?

What do you mean sores? I get pimple like little sores on my scalpe which heart so bad it hurts to brush my hair. Foreget it if I itched it by accident. PAIN!!!!
    lupylisa44 replied to onegoldiecat's response:
Did they do a biopsy of the sores? If not, I would suggest you ask your doctor if they could to find out what it is.

What type of sores are they? It may help to have a better description so if someone else has something similar they can be of assistance! Have you googled lupus sores or lupus rash-maybe you could find pictures of what your rash looks like and that will lead you in the right direction.
