I am 50 and have been experiencing menopause symptoms since January when I went off the pill. I was thrown into full blown menopause suffering badly from flashes and no sleep. I felt like I had been hit by a truck!. I hadn't had a period for 6 months and all of a sudden I had one. Since then the flashes have gone but I have been experiencing sore nipples for the past couple of weeks. Ouch, like other ladies on here, it is almost unbearable. My 25 year old daughter has a one month old baby and has been using hydrogel breast discs to help ease the pain. of breastfeeding and sore nipples. i decided to try them and I can honestly say it was almost instant relief!!
They are called 'Rite Aid hydrogel Breast Discts'. The website is www.riteaid.com.au
I live in Australia and they cost around $6.00 per box for 12.
I am not sure if you can get them on line but try! I have them on now and decided to get on line straight away and let you all know.
I hope you have some relief, as I have had.
