    Anon_163259 posted:
Been having issues for last 5 years with neck and shoulders issues , last time was so bad took a 2ed doctor to determine that it was a disc that was pressing on a nerve and had to get a MRI followed by three times of epidural shots to help the pain, now some times later having issues again both side of neck to shoulders some pain and now frontal brow area, I went back to orthopedics and now send me to physical therapy going on 4 week or more now they suggest dry needle has any one tried this has it offered relief , I find it not helping still in same issue I am still having to pay copays,. Insurance co is being hard to deal with they don't want to pay for a MRI . Unsure where to go from here.
